Výstava predstavuje najnovšiu sochársku tvorbu trnavského umelca Martina Kochana (1981). Hoci jeho tvorba má intermediálny rozsah od maľby, fotografie, performance k intervenciám vo verejnom priestore tu prezentuje predovšetkým svoju sochársku tvorbu a spôsob figuratívneho modelovania (zúročuje tak sochárske brnenské školenie v ateliéri prof. Michala Gabriela). Výstava prezentuje aktuálnu sériu sochárskych diel z rokov 2019-20, v ktorej prináša hybridné anatomicky prepracované tvory - kombinácia človeka, zvierat a vecí v jeden podivný celok. Ide o realizáciu skíc a návrhov z predošlých rokov.
The exhibition presents the newest sculptures of artist Martin Kochan from Trnava (1981). Even though his works range from painting, photography, performance, and interventions, he presents mainly sculptures and figurative modeling (he reaps his sculpture artist education from Brno under the guidance of Professor Michal Gabriel). The exhibition presents the latest series of his sculptures from the years 2019-2020. He brings hybrid, anatomically refined creatures – a combination of humans, animals, and things into one strange whole. It’s a realization of sketches and designs from previous years.
